The location is perfect, the lounge/balcony overlooking the river is lovely.
The room was a good size for two beds and being in.
When we arrived we discovered that we could only have breakfast at certain times, which didn't always fit in with our plans for the day, because they had a full hotel. Obviously, had we known prior to booking we could've secured our preferred times.
Also, the quality of some of the items at breakfast were not great - gone for the cheapest option.

Although we really only used the apartment like a hotel room we felt it had everything needed for a comfortable self service stay.
There really was not much to not like. We would have liked the towel rail in bathroom to have been heated but it probably is when colder weather.

Was in a good location but very loud all night. Room was average felt it could do with a upgrade
Loud. Rude staff and felt outdated
