Loved the location and apartment style. Very clean and comfortable.
There was noise from the pub next door until 11.30 and heard the bottle bins being emptied up until that time. Pillows could have been better and more of them.

The location is great, parking is hard to come by we had to pay £40 to park down the road. The bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in. The extras like tea/coffee, washing up liquid, little things to make the experience even better.
The parking and the pub next door can be quite loud.

The layout is great with a small kitchen and fridge/freezer this would suit a short stay break.
The bed was unfortunately not comfortable.

Great location, right on Mickelgate and easy to walk into centre of York. Quiet (apart from noise from nearby pub late at night). Loved the feather duvet and pillows (unusual in accommodation these days).
Felt cramped in the bedroom. The lighting was terrible - not bright enough, the cool white light in the bathroom was uncomfortable and the bedside reading lights didn’t work, overall not cosy. The bed was comfortable but very ‘squeaky’. Would have been nice if parking was included in the price.
