I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and was very impressed by the professionalism and hospitality of the entire team. Special thanks to Supervisor Mr. Mahmut for his excellent leadership and attention to guests. Burak, Selinay, Civan, and Taner were all very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. I would also like to thank the bellboys, Deniz, Oguzhan, and Kadir, for their excellent assistance and warm welcome. Their service made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The level of service throughout our stay was exceptional. Mr. Mahmut, the supervisor, was attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly. Burak, Selinay, Civan, and Taner were always approachable, polite, and ready to help whenever needed. I would also like to mention Deniz, Oguzhan, and Kadir from the bellboy team, who were incredibly helpful and courteous. The dedication and positive attitude of the staff made a real difference to our experience. Thank you all for a very pleasant stay.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The gym had a lot of equipment and space.

This is not a 5 star hotel. Far from it. The location is really bad for getting into Istanbul. The breakfast is terrible, all the lids are left up on the hot plates so it’s cold or luke warm, the bread is out in the open so it’s stale, the orange juice got paler by the day like it was watered down, on one of the days we were given plastic cutlery to eat with. It’s 20degree heat and there isn’t a single place to sit outside and enjoy the weather, the outdoor pool area was closed.
