I’ve stayed in several rental houses, this has by far been the rental from hell. First starting off the landscape was awful. When I called the host to let her know that we arrived she cussed me out and hung up in my face. I called back she still had an attitude thinking I was someone trying to buy. Host provided code and apologized. However entering the house it smelled of mildew and the property was not clean at all. I notice dirt everywhere, floors where not clean, dirty forks left in the window seal with food residue still on them. Commons and a used towel was left in the bathroom, the upstairs bathroom was very nasty we had to go to Walmart to get cleaning things so that we will be comfortable. Used bar soap was left in the other upstairs bathrooms. A cable man came by and requested boxes out of the house however the house didn’t even provide cable. I informed the cable guy that we were renting for the weekend and he will have to contact the owner. He mention that he had saw my tag and I was from Another state, he gave me creep vibes he acted as if he did not want to leave kept asking me questions after I told him several times to contact owner. A black truck was riding slow by the house and just seem to be sitting, very much creepy. I would highly not recommend anyone to stay at this property. This house should not be rented out again. We would have left the 1st night because it was very much so uncomfortable. We would have left the same night but our drive was so long. We pulled mattress downstairs so that everyone can sleep together and it looked as if dried blood was on one of the mattress like someone gave birth on it. Please take house off market. The only thing that was good about it was the neighbor itself. Pictures where taken but it will not let me post. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY ..

This property was beautiful. The host was amazing and friendly. She responded in a timely manner ever time I reached out. Now back to this amazing house. Besides the washer and dryer not working which would have been nice to have everything was great and well suited for our size family. It was a house that I would live in permanently. Everyone with us loved it especially my 5 yr old granddaughter. She’s still talking about she wants to go back to our new house. I just wanna say thank you so much to the host for making our stay worth while. This was the very first trip to Houston and flying with all of my kids and grandkids and some family. Again amazing👌🏾❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The host DID NOT clean the property at all. When I walked around the house I noticed there was cobwebs, dust, the bed comforter had dried blood that looked as if it sat for awhile. The house also had bugs and a funny smell. When ask if I can get a refund the host refuse to refund the money. There was no cable or WiFi. The host had her husband take pictures of my vehicles which is very out of the ordinary. Please DO NOT book this house. Host is very unprofessional. I left the property the same night and still have not received my refund.
