Beautiful big apartment, very chic, fantastic location. Loads of character with original features. Near to all amenities and fantastic public transport. Multiple restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Lovely balcony overlooking the street.
Overhead shower didn’t work properly. Reported it, was told that it could not be fixed as they were focused on supporting fire efforts, worthy excuse, but didn’t help me as a paid guest. Stayed 11 nights and no change of bedding without charge. If sheets left would have done it myself. Check out instructions demanding i.e. wash all dishes (ok) and put them away (going a bit far), you are told if you don’t comply with check-out requirements you will be charged.

Fantastic Parisian style apartment with lovely balcony, 3 gorgeous ceiling to floor windows, huge bedroom and bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. If you appreciate charm, authentic details and comfort, you’ll love this place. The gentleman who opened up for us was kind and accommodating as we changed our arrival time a couple of times. Plus he greeted us with a bottle of wine and opener!
We had an issue with the AC which was never resolved in our 3-day stay. We were told first that there was AC, then that there wasn’t, then again that there was. We could never figure out how to get it really cool. Also, no parking. Closest availability was a lot about 3 blocks away for €29/day.

Good location and a beautiful apartment. Well equipped.
The hot water simply wasn’t adequate, it dribbled out of the taps. Made having a shower a most unpleasant experience.
