Lovely sea view. Excellent value for money. Friendly and welcoming staff
Lack of parking

Nice quiet location up away from the crowds. This is an old building that looks a little tired but was perfect for my stay.
A continental breakfast but still included boiled eggs, ham, cheese etc as well as cereals.
Stair carpet was fraying and I would say it isn’t ideal for anyone with walking difficulties (if you’re on upper floors) as it’s on an incline and has quite a lot of stairs.

The room was lovely modern and clean with lots of space and a lovely view over the sea front
Breakfast let our trip down my daughter paid extra for us to have breakfast but there wasn’t the breakfast we expected no English just croissants and cereal.

The property was well located near the sea with great views
The side lamps didn’t work and the clock in the wall didn’t work, there was an extension lead hanging from the tv plug, there so very low pressure in the shower and what looked like blood on the walls under the telly and along the headboard end of the wall
