We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only. Xanadu E4 is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted on the balcony. Motorcycles and trailers are not permitted at Xanadu I. Pets are not allowed in Xanadu I. Linen price is factored into final price of stay. Please note that there are 7 steps in order to get to the elevator. Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).
