Location is perfect! Hotel standard, extremely friendly and responsible staff
The attic is super low ceiling, and lots of mosquitoes too

The location is fairly convenient. From Venezia Santa Lucia station, you only need to cross one larger bridge and one smaller bridge to reach the apartment. However, getting around Venice with luggage can still be quite challenging in general. There is also a supermarket about a five-minute walk away, which is very convenient.
In terms of layout, I think the apartment is better suited for two people, or for guests who have very similar daily schedules. The bathroom is located inside the main bedroom, so sharing it can be a little inconvenient. If someone needs to use the bathroom during the night, they may disturb the person sleeping in the main bedroom.
On the other hand, the second bed is a sofa bed located in the kitchen area. This means that if someone wants to get water or use the kitchen late at night, they may end up disturbing the person sleeping there.
