Face towel not provided
Washer and cooking equipment manuals not provided so difficult to use the equipment. Coffee machine is there but no capsule or any tea bags provided. But the some cooking pan is not usable due to infusion system (has to be magnetic pan)

Well located apartment that comfortably fitted 5 people. Close to train station and grocery store nearby.
Poor wifi and no laundry soap (had to go and purchase our own). Poor design of showers that caused water to overflow.

Location, cleanliness, washing facilities, nice quiet area, PIN code entry so no need to worry about keys.

Location, owner was very informative on how to get to the property and helped us on transport from the airport to the hotel.
While we were traveling with our daughter and son-in-law, the pullout couch was very comfortable.
The accommodations in the area where the pullout bed and kitchen are is very small
We managed fine, but just a little tight
