For me in the city, not knowing the area or the transportation, it was difficult getting around. Had to use taxi, was to expensive for me .. I didn't get help no phone service. Had to wait at hotel and write everything down.
For the size of the hotel, very clean and workers are hard working and helped me a lot.. especially in language and getting taxi..

We left some items behind and the staff contacted us about it. We plan to collect it. There's a restaurant with buffet style food adjacent and it's very close to the station.
Early check-in would have cost 10 000 Yen. The room and the lobby was very small. The staff is helpful. They were not always English speaking so we didn't feel like we should be asking too many questions. After all we should be making the effort.

大きい風呂があってアメニティも良かった。
ベッドの寝心地もグッド。
天候が心配だったので前日までキャンセルできるのも良いです。

大浴場の混雑状況が、自室のモニター画面で確認できたこと。ホテルの立地として歓楽街が近いが、思っている以上に女性の一人客が多かった。セキュリティがしっかりとしており、安心して泊まれた。
朝食のおかずの種類をもう少し増やして欲しい。（前泊地が北海道だったので、そのギャップが大きく感じた。）
