Unbeatable location, super convient and beautiful. We loved it. Equipped (basic stuff) shared kitchen and living room to rest in (again, shared). Great bathroom. Small fridge in the room and big fridge in the shared kitchen, certainly a plus. As for the decor, depends on the personal taste, very specific.

I think the B&B could have done a better job making sure people know what they're booking. I appreciated the fact that there was a shared kitchen and living room (but you could make it really clear in the room description). The same goes for the breakfast. There is no real breakfast. You get a 5 euro coupon that you can use in the restaurant nearby. The cheapest breakfast there is for about 16 to 18 euros, or so. So this is a coupon for a coffee+cookie, this should have been clearly explained. In other places, when I reserved a room with a breakfast, I got a breakfast. There is nothing wrong with this system - if you MAKE IT CLEAR to your clients. This is the main problem. If you're honest, there's less disappointment. Client service&the staff: The staff at the site were super nice and helpful. They speak mostly Italian but communicate gladly. It was a pleasure to meet them, even in passing. On the other hand, it was extremely difficult to communicate with the B&B before I came. They never answer you. I received the information re: the check-in and check-out very late. They never responded to my questions concerning the breakfast or the conditions on site while I was preparing my trip. I guess they have enough clients not to care about them really. This is an agency that manages several locations in Italy, not just this one place in Verona. Since I didn't really feel they cared about me as a client, on my next trip to Verona, I will simply choose another place. Possible a classic hotel, and maybe outside the Booking system (I didn't feel booking really helped me with the communication with them either, this summer they didn't prove helpful but at least they respond, there is some contact).

The property is a 2 bedroom apartment with the bedrooms being let separately, which means that the communal areas of kitchen/sitting room are shared with strangers. This is not adequately explained in the description. The room and bathroom are small and were not serviced over the weekend. The description stated that breakfast is included; this is by way of a voucher for a nearby cafe where we were told that the voucher has a value of €5, not enough for a coffee and small pastry. Also, we received only 1 voucher each on arrival and none for the remaining days.
