Location was good

The room was really small, no windows , no drawers to put clothes

Beautifully appointed, well located right in the thick of great restaurants, bars, cafes and walking distance to attractions, but still tucked enough away to be quiet. Room was large and comfortable.

There is no concierge as such that we encountered aprt from the lady who met us, and we were aware that there were no additional facilities such as restaurant, gym, etc when we booked, but we would have like a bit more information - there was nothing at all in the room - local maps, restaurant recommendations etc and no info on how to contact anyone. That would have enhanced our stay. Other than that, we had a pleasant few days at Nikiou Suites.

Tv didn’t have any streaming services and the beds were only 2 twins put together and separated all the time so you would wake up in the crack

Our room was an interior room and had no window. I did not know that some rooms were like this, or to request a room with a real window

Friendliest hosts ever. Excellent local breakfast spread. Hosts and staff cater to your every need, and the rooms are spacious and modern. Location is great, you can walk to town easily but are right outside of it so it’s quiet.

Location and room in general, as well as the staff and the service. The suite was right in the heart of Athens, the room was great and really good value for money.

Fabulous location and beautiful room and facilities. The staff were very helpful in explaining how the room was set out, where to head for dinner, making reservations for dinner and a taxi and overall.

It was very noisy at night. Could hear the other guests in their room. Need some better sound proofing.

I like the attention to detail that the owner, Valeria put into decorating the house. The house is very charming, well-decorated and full of history. Valeria, the owner, was amazing. She booked the restaurant for dinner and gave us amazing recommendations for bars to go out in Athens. She also booked our taxi for the airport and all the staff was gentle and kind. Whenever I return to Athens, I will go back to Valeria's House.

Spacious, clean, good wifi reception and close proximity to all the attractions. Suites are also close to the ports for day trips to the islands off Athens. On one night, missed the ferry back and had to stay overnight. I received a checkin call the following day which was welcomed and thanked the host. Hosts are welcoming and friendly. Made some great recommendations for local food places for both brunch and dinner.

Location - but to be fair most of Psyri's old buildings nowadays have been turned into airbnb premises / suites/ hotels so you have plenty of options in the area Edit No 3 as the gaslighting continues and I feel obliged to restore the truth; i called you from Chania airport on the 26th around 13.00 and again upon arrival.You did not check me in at 15.47.I self checked me in at 21.45 which was unacceptable.No one bothered to greet us/ask us how our stay was during out 3 day stay there and you "are surprised for not reaching out to you?".Highly unprofessional.Booking.com is also informed regarding the continuous gaslighting.A SIMPLE APOLOGY WOULD DO , to be perfectly honest.Good luck!

I called from my greek cell number the host on the same day informing her that we would arrive late- she reassured me that it "should not be a problem" so I assumed that someone would be there to welcome/inform/provided us the keys and make sure that our check -in would be smooth. Folly me.We arrived at 21.30, no answer when I rang the door bell,. no one was there, other guests let us in through the main door, I called the host again who shamelessly informed me the the keys are on the door outside the room on the first floor. That was the first surprise. Surpise No 2: the room did not align AT ALL with the room description on booking / pictures , when I called again the host to mention that, the reply I received was "well, we keep changing photos every 2 months, this is the standard policy of the hotels as well".First of all, this is not a hotel, it is an airbnb based and marketed accommodation and the pictures should represent EXACTLY what the guest pays for and what is expected.Surprise No 3: the room size was definitely less that 23m2 as referred on booking. What we enjoyed: cleanliness, the maintenance staff remove trash every day and clean the bathroom ,location as mentioned.No value for money, I felt deceived for not getting that I paid for, non - communicative host - but was particularly eager to ask me to switch off the A/C when we are out as utility bills "bite" in Greece.Not recommended, I suggest looking somewhere else. edit in order to put things right: Gaslighting a gust review because he named the neighborhood Gizi instead of Psyri does not show professionalism unfortunatlety. I stayed at Nikiou suites from the 26th to the 29 th July.I called prior my stay from the airport at around 13:00 reporting that I would arrive between 20:30 - 21:00. edit No2: please feel free to send me the CCTV footage to my what's app (you already used it to send me an angry message few days back ) as on the 26th July at...

Beautiful Boutique Hotel in the middle of Athens. A lot of nice bars and restaurants around the corner. The interior design is beautiful and you can tell there was attention to detail in planning this. The owner is super nice and recommended us a ton of places. Can recommend this hotel! We will be back!

The hotel's location is incredible, just where you want to be if you're visiting the city for a few days. Nicely decorated rooms and restored building.

Our room did not have windows towards open airspace. The windows were overlooking the corridor people use to go to their rooms, which meant we had no natural light or air.

Staff, room, location

Air conditioning was inadequate… returning to room in evening was 31 Celsius and running on high all night still was 26 in the morning when got up… that’s not adequate… still give you 9 because everything else great but the AC is a problem
