Easy to get to. Inexpensive.
Took a VERY long time to get hot water

Exceptionally clean. Polite staff
Breakfast was VERY minimal. Perhaps the least selection I've ever experienced.
Cereal, bread and jelly, small muffins, small fruit yoghurts, Apple and Cranberry juice, coffee, instant waffle mix
(No eggs, sausage/bacon, fruit, cold meats, etc) - so not even a "Continental" breakfast.

Room was OK for one night, nothing special. Close to other restaurants.
Room was over-priced. Should offer a breakfast for the price of the room.
No hot water, called front office, said you had to wait awhile for the boiler to heat the water.
Hotel looked like it needs some maintenance done on it.
Our room door had a metal bottom guard on the outside that half of it had come off and was sticking out. Could have cut a foot on it. Reported it to the management.
