Staff was fine. Television was good.

Room was poor quality, leaking cold air into the room. Breakfast was almost non existent. No fresh coffee. Only choice was waffles and they didn't cook properly. Seems that ownership is trying to squeeze out maximum profits at the expense of the guests.

HOLBROOK,,AZ staff, particularly Laura, the nice lady who worked in the afternoon to late evenings. The hotel was basically run down in Holbrook, Arizona. I was there on a family court matter with my disabled son. Laura was wonderful. She did more than anyone would ever expect by keeping me calm and making sure we had everything we needed to be safe and comfortable. She even went out of her way to speak to me and help so much that Si must say the owner needs to thank her and give this lady a raise. The owner should also bring this hotel up to a better quality for the customer. The toilet clogged up constantly and their wasn’t hardly any HOT WARER! There also wasn’t a blow dryer in the room, so I couldn’t wash my hair. What’s going on with the owner? This Quality Inn hotel needs a new owner who cares about his customers and his employees.

Nothing. I was in room 110, the building looks like it’s falling down in Holbrook, AZ. The toilet clogged up and didn’t work. I had to get a plunger twice. The hot water wasn’t hot, it was Luke warm and the water smelled funny.

Nothing!! Everything about this place was bad!! We checked in @7p, receptionist gave us our room, #120, 2 queen beds, sat on bed and it collapsed! And smoke detector was covered with a walmart bag! Went to front desk, lady was very pleasant and apologized mentioning maintenance crew needs to go over many things here. She than gave us room #118, it was a king bed and a sofa bed. Not what we needed for the night. So, I go back to front desk, the attendant was very nice to put us in a 2 queen bed room, #114. It smelled bad, towels had holes, ironing board, in both rooms, were broken, couldn't iron my clothes in the morning, had to wait half hour for water to warm up, and sink drained slow!! But we stayed due to no refund allowed! Hated to spend over $100 for a dump!! No ice machine, breakfast was terrible, no yogurt, no protein, waffle mix looked left over from the day before, coffee tasted day old, no fruit, no staff to ask questions during mealtime, and this was all before 7am!! And why are there phones in the rooms, it has no connection??

Not having; eggs and bacon, or sausage, or biscuits and gravy, even any fruit for breakfast, would have been nice, for a $100 a night room.
