Clean, simple room. No frills. Good value.

The room was ok, needs to be updated and a little cleaner.

We travel to Holbrook about 2 time a year. After trying several other Hotels we found Greentree. It is a great price, always clean and the people are helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this Hotel above most others in Holbrook. It has been newly renovated and is a great place to stay.

Motel is old, floors above creak when people upstairs walk around. Customer service sucks and there is no breakfast just cereal. We wouldn’t stay here again and we ever stopped in this area again I think we would check out the hotel across the street by Wyndham

No extra toilet paper, broken toilet, very rude front desk person Tracey, no cares with regards to issues. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else

This hotel has been recently updated. Clean, comfy beds and has breakfast. Great price!

This was my second stay at this property -- and it is consistently very good. Friendly staff, easy check-in, parking right outside the door and a sweet little restaurant next door -- all a huge plus for roadtrippers. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Walls are a little thin -- but hey, for one night, it's really not a problem.

Specious and clean. Right after checking in I wanted to take shower, but there were no hot water. I went the front desk to ask that fix it or change room. To check another room I, guest, had to go around myself because no one else working at the time. The new room had hot water but all toiletries were not filled enough for two of us.

Excellent stop for a single night. Room well equipped, bed comfortable, breakfast well provided. The most sound leakage I experienced was from outside, voices very near the door can be clearly heard inside the room, but this was not a problem at night for us. A surprisingly excellent value, strongly recommended.

Room above us had tenants and we can hear every step!

average inn level with old facilities. shower knob not quite functional, plumbing behind dry wall makes noise all the time, table lamp not working, limited breakfast, and one cloth was left within the shower curtain.

Whenever we're passing through Holbrook, we plan a stop here. Great service, clean rooms, and awesome food right next door.

The only terrible part was having the front desk worker assign my room to another couple. As I was done showering and was changing I heard my room door open. Turns out the front desk worker assign my room to another couple. Really awkward, make sure to lock your room door!!!!

Decent hotel for the price. I do wish that hotels would specify the type of breakfast offered. I don't consider continental breakfasts really a true breakfast.

Had a good onthe go breakfast, dog friendly and reasonable rate for dog.

The staff wasn’t very friendly. Had to wait to check in because she was doing something on the computer. We didn’t find out until we went to look for ice that the ice machine was broken. She had not told us upon check-in nor did they make any provisions to have ice available to us. No apology or anything. We stayed in a room on the bottom floor. The ceiling must not have any insulation in it because we could hear every step the people above us made and they had a child! The breakfast was a cold breakfast and basically non existent. We were in a handicap accessible room and your feet were on the ramp into the shower when you used the toilet. Very disappointed and would not stay there again.

Clean and a great price.

Everything was fine except for the waterproof mattress cover. Both my partner and I kept waking up sweaty on the side of the mattress. I marked down for cleanliness for a few things but nothing worth noting, just general housekeeping.

Uncomfortable beds with inadequate bedding. Upgraded plumbing. Not enough outlets in room. Noisy heater.

Room was ok. Very 3 star. Continental breakfast was slim pickings and u walk outside to get there. Today was 26 degrees! No grassy area to walk the dog. Just a small area would be nice. Ok value for the price.

More modern beds and bedding please

Our check-in process was easy. The room was clean and basic. It was functional for a quick overnight stay. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very limited. Mostly carbs. We went next door to the restaurant for a great breakfast. I had read reviews about road noise being an issue. It was quiet for is except for hearing footsteps above us for a bit. That was only due to the motel not having carpet. Overall we were pleased.
