Red Planet Cavite

From our previous stays, and now under the Red Planet banner, the improvements have been awesome. The room was really comfortable a lovely size and the bathroom was spacious and clean. (When we got hot water it was even better.) Now that the swimming pool and elevator are fully functional we were so impressed and happy. Having a cafe on site is another wonderful bonus. The desk staff were absolutely amazing and courteous, a credit to the organisation. Really appreciated their assistance, smiles and greetings every time we passed the desk.

The sliding bathroom door needs to be repaired so it slides properly, as it was getting stuck and hard to open & close from time to time. A room tidy and removal of rubbish on a more consistent basis would be good. The cafe to be a little more consistent with opening hours would also be a benefit. Towels for the swimming pool would be an excellent addition. I am sure that guests would not mind paying a small additional cost to have a towel for swimming. It is not healthy or amenable to have a wet towel from pool time to then dry yourself after a shower. This would be a very welcome addition to your facility service.

Easy access for a busy person like me, transportation is accessible, near malls, public market, and near to my workplace.

I have requested to clean our room twice, but no one comes so we just manage to do it ourselves.

Booked an exec room, but there were issues, the staffs and manager we're very helpful and manage to resolve the issues. Customer service is their top priority.

At the time the lifts wasn't working, and although it is going through renovations, its a budget hotel so don't expect too much.

It’s located near a shopping mall.

No cable TV which is unbelievable. Everyone has smart TV and this hotel does’t even have cable TV. The elevator not working, and they have given us bath towels that have holes!
