The staff was great and the location for San Fransisco is ideal for sports fans or sightseers. It has a small grocery store on the corner which is very convenient.

Very pretty but has a cold aesthetic to the hotel from a design and structural standpoint. This is not the Hotel for the everyman like myself but for those who appreciate the finer things in life at the cost of little comforts like kettles or coffee pots in the room. Not very friendly for those not tech-savvy, but has polished touches that they do focus on which I assume is intentional since it caters to their demographic. Also as a big man, I was disappointed they did not have at least a toaster oven at their coffee shop downstairs to have the option for the baked goods they sell to be hot.

The hotel is modern, the staff is nice and the location is good. The room had a pretty view.

I was expecting to have breakfast! For the price I payed, I wanted breakfast.

This was a beautiful and exceptionally clean hotel in a great location. Down the block from both the Chase Center and Oracle Park with train access right outside. The coffee shop in the lobby had the most delicious coffee and baked items. The gym was well equipped and spacious. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the room darkening shades were AMAZING!

While I liked the upstairs/rooftop lounge I found it odd that one could not access this area unless you went out of the hotel to the exterior elevator door which also had access to one of the inside elevators. I would think that if you were a hotel guest with “key access” you shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced by having to go outside at all.

The decor and the view were excellent as was the location. The staff were all warm and helpful. The bed and bath were very good.

We had to stay a week, with trips to the nearby hospital. We would have appreciated a small microwave and definietly a coffee maker and coffee.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfy.

The floor was not comfortable to step on. It felt like walking on a plastic woven mat.

Everything from the tasteful and modern design and quality finishes to the comfortable beds and motorised curtains. Concierge and housekeeping staff were super friendly and the room was spotless. The rooftop bar is one of the hottest in town with amazing tapas and cocktails. Belgian Brewhouse and awesome wine bar next door. If you’re a Warriors or Giants fan, this is the place to stay…it’s so close!

Honestly, nothing to fault.

checking in seemed to take too long. the elevators are finicky and would take multiple attempts to work with the room key. the doors being locked at night with one entrance is inconvenient. we came back from the warriors game and the staff saw us outside and made us walk around to the front door and then didn’t even press the elevator button not sure why there’s so many staff standing around but not super helpful. would be smart to cut ties to the Cavana restaurant considering you can’t even access the restaurant easily as a guest and the Cavana staff are unwelcoming.

Great location! Perfect walking distance to chase stadium.

Breakfast option would be great. Even just better food options at the cafe. Also, wasn’t very easy to make reservations at the sky lounge. We tried to eat there and it was constantly packed.
