All the classic equipment you can imagine to have in this type of hotel are available but nothing else.

the location was top notch. rooms were clean and spacious.
their fees are HORRIBLE! no free WiFi and they want yo charge you a “resort” fee for what? you are already paying property fee, tax and room rate!

The room was clean and well-appointed. The location was perfect for our planned weekend. The “market” on the ground floor is open late and has slightly more reasonable prices than the other 2 options. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and service-minded. We also liked being able to log-in to our own Netflix account rather than having to pay for movies.
No Room Service. I mean, seriously? A 4-star hotel without Room Service? The prices for amenities are astronomical (which we expect in San Francisco), but the quality didn’t match up. $40 per person for an unimpressive breakfast buffet. Bartenders who can’t make a simple Cosmopolitan. Also - there was supposed to be a tablet in our room we could use to order food (which we would’ve had to pick up in the lobby), but there was no such tablet. It’s also a bit confusing to learn your way around. Different banks of elevators take you to different floors. So finding our way to the top-floor lounge was a matter of trial and error. It would’ve been perfectly easy if there were directions saying “take the pink elevators”. The water pressure on our shower was pitiful, too.

The price is reasonable but for this price i believe that internet cost should be inclusive as in all other hotel around the world

The location is good. The room is clean and nice.
The parking fee is too expensive and valet parking takes too much time. The internet is not free and non-functional. I could not send emails or see the movie.
Besides this, the large group of people were talking and noises even the midnight, 1:00am ~~2:00am. I was disturbed, so I could not sleep well.

Inner rooms, which are in close proximity, look out onto each other and a busy inner courtyard and walkway. Have to remember to keep curtains closed. System is unable to handle group bookings. Property overbooked rooms, had to kick out guests with reservations. Lack of communication between departments. Incompetent staff. Incompetent software system.
