Location, staff was fantastic, cool history.

$100 for parking, ridiculous! Stains all over the carpet in the room, Bourbon Restaurant was good but should have been exceptional for the price. My side dish was literally a tablespoon of sweet potato puree with 1 split pea pod and 3 pieces of juliened carrot and some pea sprouts. Odd. Wine was extremely overpriced.

What got me upset, on Saturday, the garage manager could not find my name on the room reservation to get my car out of the garage to go to my business meeting, I had to talk to the hotel manger to get my car since they put my Range Rover Defender under a different name. they made me late. Requested a late check out to 12;30, I checked out at 12;00 and asked the manger if they can hold the luggage and keep the car the garage until 2.00 PM until I finish me lunch meeting at the restaurant at the hotel, the manager said no problem and no extra charge. when I received my bill by email they charged me extra for the garage. I had asked earlier for my car to be out at 12:00 but they told me it will take 1/2 hr or more since lots of people are checking out. I have been staying at this hotel since 1981. for 44 years, the last time I stayed at the hotel I asked for my car they brought me the wrong car ( I was a driving my white Rolls Roy's they brought me a Honda), It took me 1/2 hr to talk to the manger to get my Car from the Garage. This will be the last time I will stay at this hotel.
