From the minute one staff was very attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything was really classy.
It is sad to get free coffee till 11 AM only.

No incidental holding fee, easy check out, and staff were nice.
The food takes entirely too long to come out.

I booked this hotel for a place to decompress after Burning Man and chose it for it's familiarity (having stayed in the chain in Paris and NYC). The bed is big and comfortable. The rooms are basic, but you can get hot water and ice from the bar for your own drinks. The social area is comfortable and great for working in.
The TV wouldn't share the QR code to pair with my devices (despite advertising that it could) and the drinks fridge in my room was not working. Although, I did not talk to anyone about either of these issues, so they may have been fixed if I had done.
