Phazisi Hotel

Exceptionally friendly/helpful staff, clean room, great location (close to the airport) and in a cool neighborhood with plenty of places to explore nearby! Would come back here in a heartbeat!

The hotel itself is in a calmer part of the city within walking distance to any amenities we needed - lots of bakeries, tasty options for dinner (amazing borscht at Number 1 Dumpling) and a nearby metro station. Our room was clean and comfortable and exactly what we needed before starting a biking trip! Our main point person at the hotel, Ninno, was super friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotelmanager klappte hervorragend. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, obwohl wir mit Verspätung eincheckten. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und mit komfortablen Betten ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer glänzt modern und ist mit einer Duschkabine ausgestattet. Vom Hotel aus braucht man nur ca. 15 Minuten bis zum Flughafen Tbilisi, was der Grund für die Buchung dieses Hotels darstellte.

wifi was very slow, there were no tea bags in the room, so water cooker somehow useless, sadly they also did not offer breakfast although the breakfast room has a wonderful view. The location is also rather bad. They told me that there is no breakfast possibility around. Mostly noone at the reception. You need to use whatsApp to contact receptionist for Checkout. There was no hairdryer in the room and low water pressure. They also charged my card few days before arrival. So all together it was not worth the price.
