the staff checking us in was extremely rude. very nasty to us. the room was not worth the 700 for two nights at all. the ceiling was nasty and the trash was left in our room from the previous people staying there. people above us let their kids jump and and down and run up and down their room at 5 in the morning. just a very unpleasant experience and will never stay again.

This hotel is very eclectic, therefore giving a great atmosphere. Take out the modern aminities and the rooms are right out of Gun Smoke, large and beautiful! Great location!

There was no one working at the hotel except for the highly priced restaurant. We had to check in at another hotel. We called for service and at 5:00 in the afternoon a lady knocked on our door and handed us towels. The ice maker in the room didn’t work and no one came to fix/replace it. There is a bar down stairs which we heard music from until closing time. If you’re looking for atmosphere this is the place to stay. If you’re expecting service, stay elsewhere!

Hotel is centrally located if you want to walk to the shops and restaurants downtown. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our requests were handled quickly. I also received a phone call before I checked in to verify my arrival and see if there were any special requests. It is an old building but is in better shape than some others I have used in Eureka Springs.

The staff seems to be stretched thin between several properties, so there was nobody on premises late or early. There were a couple of things with the room that I would have made them aware of, but there was no one there. I really don't feel like this was the staff's fault, but they seem like they could use some more help.

Very cozy.it felt like home.

I wish there has been microwave. That's my only complaint.
