Good location
Service is not good
Because they not care about the customers requirements & request.
So many times informed for arrange to television facilities.
Television working but not updated
They have Restuarant. But Menu cards not in the room.
We already booked through the Booking.com
But they not called for us.
First they asked about the payments

Friendly and helpful staff, rooms were clean and nice. Location was close to the city and some attractions
The power kept going out (this may not be the property’s fault or a regular problem).

We booked again just to stay in this hotel.
Interior decorations were very soothing to your eye and finished with very high standard. Staffs were very friendly and caring. Special thanks for Gihan for smooth checking in and put.
Beds, pillows room atmosphere were brilliantly done.
