Leonardo Hotel Manchester Piccadilly

The room is spacious, was clean and tidy. Mirrors nice and big including floor length. Tea and coffee making facilities. Bar nice , really nice small little shop with essentials self checkout not seen that before. Parking close by, rail close by and small walk to town centre along canal really nice.

Only one window . Temperature was a little hard to control.

Comfortable bed.

Stain in the duvet and bed sheet.

I liked how polite the reception was and the cleaning of my room.

The mirrors, doors and bathroom glass are often neglected in the cleaning

Bed was quite comfortable, doors locked, bathroom was clean.

There was a huge red stain on our carpet, the room was full of dust balls, the television didn’t work in our room, breakfast was unorganised, staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there, the mushrooms & tomatoes tasted like dish water, food items and glassware were regularly empty and not being refilled actively, there were dust balls all around the room, the location was not ideal and it did not feel safe to walk around in the daylight and especially not at night time as a woman. Room walls were thin, you could hear the next door room and people in the corridors all through the night. Would not return here. Shame as Leonardo Hotel Manchester Central is nothing like this and it’s owned by the same company.
