If you're looking for somewhere peaceful and quiet — where you can hear birds tweeting and the sounds of animals from the valley below — this is the place. If your life is busy and hectic and you truly need to switch off, Kassandra Heritage is perfect for that. We stayed in Villa Calla for a week in mid-May for our honeymoon and overall had a really lovely, romantic stay. Villa & Amenities Villa Calla was cosy, peaceful and very romantic. The heated pool directly outside the bedroom was definitely one of the highlights. As a hijabi Muslim woman, I also appreciated how private the pool area felt and was able to swim comfortably. One of my favourite details was hearing the adhan softly echoing from the valley below — not too loud, just calming and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable, the pillows were soft, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing and intimate. The TV included Netflix, although the WiFi can occasionally drop, meaning you sometimes have to reconnect before watching. The kitchen has enough utensils for basic cooking, though a few additions like an oven glove and sieve/strainer would make it more practical. A few small points worth noting: - Housekeeping, towel changes and toilet roll top-ups need to be requested rather than automatically done. - One of our towels had stains on arrival, although staff replaced it quickly once we asked. - The hot tub could have done with a clean before use and unfortunately didn’t stay heated for very long. - Villa Calla sits next to the restaurant, so depending on where you place the sunbeds, there is slight visibility into the garden area. Food & Breakfast Breakfast is organised through WhatsApp each morning, where staff ask what time you'd like it and whether you'd prefer to eat at the restaurant or outside your villa. We appreciated the flexibility and service. If you choose to eat outside your villa, be aware that cats do roam around and may try to grab food.

Honestly one of the nicest places I have stayed. The villa was sublime and felt like a paradise! The beds were comfy, the pool was beautiful, breakfast was delicious and the views were amazing. The staff were so so kind and helpful with whatever we needed. Such good value for money, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

too many issues to list including cleanliness as pool towels never got replaced, private pool engine breaking on our first day forcing us to move elsewhere for a few hours, inadequate AC units in the villa, ceiling fans not functioning properly and the constant electricity and water outages that occurred throughout our stay
