This is a beautiful old property right on the water. Our room had a beautiful view of the lights and the boats in the evening. Staff were helpful and friendly.

the host was super friendly, delicious breakfast, view from the room on the river, easy access to the building via code, at the end of the town so relatively quiet place.
Easy & cheap access to San Sebastian, with the public bus.
room was very small, especially the bathroom (washing sink in the room). Also noisy, because we could hear the people in the room above walking and moving.
The walk from the parking to the hotel is indeed (very) long, with many cobble stones (but this was clearly mentioned in the description)
Not many high quality restaurants in the area and no supermarket nearby.

Great location but very expensive for what it is.
Cost. Very basic two star hotel and breakfast, four star hotel prices
