The house was great for our group. We had ten adults, and everyone had plenty of room. There are 4 (and a half) bathrooms, so only two couples had to share. Everything was clean, and the kitchen and great room was large and accommodating. It was nice to have a washer and dryer available. The pool was nice, but since our weather was a little chilly, the pool felt extra cold. The house itself was nice but the neighborhood seemed a little run down. But we had a great time, and everywhere we wanted to go was within a 20 minute drive. Instructions for check in and check out we’re clear and easy.

We came to town to play a little golf and sightsee. The property was ideal for our group of 8 adults. Easy to get around.

Shortly after arriving, we discovered that the house had not been cleaned. Our first discovery were disgustingly dirty hand towels in the bathrooms and kitchen, along with a filthy kitchen floor. Our next discovery was pee stains/spraying all over the back of one of the upstairs bathroom doors. We promptly went to the store to get cleaner and paper towels. When we got back, I messaged the management company through the app asking for the house to be cleaned and fresh towels to be provided, or be reimbursed for the time we'd spend cleaning. I was told that they'd be in contact with their manager. Unfortunately, it got worse when we tried heading to bed. Literally all of the beds had hair in them (a lot). The worst bed had tons of skin flakes and dirty spots all over the bed. We had to stay up until 2 am washing the bedding before we were able to get to bed. I messaged through the app again and was told they had already messaged the manager. The next morning I received a message asking for me to send pictures of everything. I would have gladly done so, however I let them know that I wasn't able to find a way to attach the pictures in the app. They messaged me back with a picture of "instructions", however I still wasn't able to attach anything through the app. I asked for an alternate way to send them through email or text. No one ever responded or checked in on things throughout the entire rest of our stay. Oh, I can't forget to mention the toenail on the stairs or the dead bugs on the shelf with the dinnerware. I've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals over the years and this was by far the dirtiest. Beyond the cleanliness issues, the house itself is not well maintained. Butcher block island is not sealed, so there's really bad staining all over it. Closet door handle came off when we tried opening it. Water filter in fridge needs replaced. Soap dispenser in kitchen sink broken. Toilet paper holders in bathrooms are loose. For those that cook, there are no basic cooking supplies (oil, seasonings, etc.) and there isn't a garbage disposal in the sink. VERY minimal supply of paper products. There are product stickers still on the stairs and other areas of the house. It's like they did a super cheap remodel and tried to make it photograph well. Additionally, there is a dog and rooster next door. Both are sure to keep you up during the night unless you have a white noise machine. Only real positive, the house is close to the airport.

We had a really good time in this house! It’s so nice and relaxing. There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room. The host was really receptive and helpful. The only feedback I could give is the pool furniture was broken. I wish the same care to detail was put into the outside area as to the inside. Other than that I would recommend this house 10 times over.

This was absolutely perfect for four siblings and their significant others. We had plenty of room to all sit and chat. The dining table was perfect for our jigsaw puzzles. We were all thankful for our own bathrooms. Everyone of us gave this a double thumbs up.

Beautiful home! Only suggestion is putting TVs in bedrooms. There were 4 couples and it would have been nice to have tv in Bedrooms! Everything was great and perfect back yard with pool!

We had such a great time at this property. The pool was very nice. The house has been fully remodeled so it feels nice and new. The beds are a bit firm but we actually like that. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property! Quiet neighborhood. Loved the pool every day. Comfy bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen not overly stocked but groceries were close by. Would definitely stay again!

Close to Downtown and a lot of activities like the Zoo, Seaworld, Riverwalk, etc. Pool was a plus with the heat. Nice BBQ grill. One little issue was with the wasps in the pool, but we found the nest and sprayed them and that seemed to help.

Place is exactly what you need, has everything. Home away from home. Great location, loved the details. You can’t go wrong with this house.

Loved staying at Cactus Club! My family of 8 was accommodated very comfortably, even with space to spare. The beds were extremely comfortable with beautiful, soft linens. The bathrooms were all clean and with great towels. It was too cold to use the pool but the patio is great for a summer get away. Would love to come back. Thank you for hosting us. :)
