Orchid was a perfect fit for our stay. The property was super clean and everything we needed was provided. Being on the first floor was a huge plus!

We LOVED the property, the three bedrooms gave everyone a little privacy, the rest of the house was wonderful too. Loved the ice cream shop across the street. Will be staying again for sure if we make it back to Buffalo.

My adult children joined us in my home town to celebrate my mother’s 90th birthday at a nearby restaurant. Orchid Residence was clean, spacious, convenient and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend staying at this lovely residence.

The property was very clean and roomy for the 3 of us. The communication between the property management was excellent and the check in and out process was great. If ever in Buffalo would stay again.

What a great space...and the size was surprising! We absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely book this place again. The location was perfect! The beds...OMG! I havent slept so good and I was very surprised. I only wish i would have checked the mattress brand before we left so i could buy one too. The communication with the property manager is extremely fast. I have stayed in many rentals and this by far was one of the best experiences. Thank you guys!

Great location! It was within walking distance to our aunt's house. Lots of nearby things to do (ice cream was amazing at Hanna's)
Although an older flat, it was clean and comfortable. The owner kept in touch with us making sure we were doing well and asking if we needed anything.
Although the street is busy during the day, it was very quiet and night. Lots of friendly local neighbors. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for a week as a multi generational family gathering and it worked out great. Very convenient and lovely neighborhood. Fun to walk around and we appreciated the secure parking. Hosts were also very responsive.

This was the perfect place to stay to go to a Bills game! There are so many restaurants and breweries near by. Really close to the Falls as well. The place was clean and comfortable.

Came into town with family to celebrate a wedding with friends and family, this place was in a perfect location between Amherst and downtown Buffalo. We received a bottle of local wine as well and everything was as described.

I found the VRBO check in process a little slow. I didn’t receive the docusign as it wasn’t sent - I had to track down the property in order to find out why I hadn’t received information on the property like the address. However, once this was done, It went smoothly. The first floor apartment was nice. Bedroom #3 had an old, worn out mattress where you could feel the springs. There was no bedside stands or lights so you had to use the wall lights which meant getting out of bed to turn off. The pillows on each bed need to be replaced as they were hard and flat. Other than that, the location was great - we did find the neighbor across the street on Taunton watching us coming and going a few times.

The owner left us a welcoming note with three bottles of water and a nice bottle of local wine. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend the property to anyone looking for a cozy place a little bit away from the downtown scene.
