There is mold all over this apartment. Under the windows, on the walls, in the shower, etc. It is not clean. When I addressed it with the owner they offered to refund the cleaning fee of $70 euro which I declined because of the cleanliness of this location I thought it important other renters be aware. On top of that we had no hot water and no heat. We reported it to the manager and said they’d fix it after we left and apologized for the inconvenience. It is a good location in Venice and the owner did let us check in early but due to how much mold was present I have to give it a one star.

We really enjoyed this property, it was clean, nice with everything one might need and a great locations. The hosts were very friendly, I would come back :)
