Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time as the rental has everything you need and more. The balcony is fantastic with beautiful views of the beach and ocean! The beach is easy access just out the front door. Go to the beach early morning and see the sunrise. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need.

We had a great time! The house was awesome with a fantastic view of the beach. The location was great where we could walk to many of the restaurants. All in all it was a fantastic trip and a beautiful home!

Great property! Plenty of room to spread out! Very convenient for the beach and the village area. Would definitely rent again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has the best location - you cannot beat the access to the beach (right across the street) and to restaurants etc. But - the property is in need of repairs and updating. The water pressure is basically non-existent in the bathroom showers, there is mold on bathroom ceilings, we had to search for bath towels and what we found were old, mis-matched sets that desperately need replacing. Ice machine in kitchen doesn't work - we've stayed here twice and it has been broken both times. While the kitchen seems stocked - the owner needs to take an inventory and restock silverware and cooking utensils. Appliances are updated and in good working order.If you are looking for a good location - this is great. But it is to decorated with a beach vibe at all. Furniture is heavy, dark and Italianate to coordinate with the outside architecture.Finally - there was a sewage plumbing issue when we checked in and we had to be placed somewhere for the first night of our stay. Rental agency was fantastic - they worked super hard to get us a new place for the night and to get everything cleaned up and sanitized so we could get into this unit soon. Would highly recommend Brooke at RealEscapes - she was amazing! I would not recommend this property until owners address the interior issues.
