Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this luxury oceanfront top level condominium home located along Beachview Drive and across from the 5th Street Beach access point on St. Simons Island.
This is a unbelievable property! Beachview 913 is beautifully appointed, with marble floors, 15’ ceilings and a gourmet kitchen with high-end Viking and Kitchen-aide appliances, including separate wine cooler.
The living/dining room has a large flat screened TV and windows all across the ocean-facing side. This home features 3 large bedrooms with en-suites for complete privacy. You will love the master bedroom featuring a comfortable king size bed and ceiling fan. The master bath features both a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower. The first guestroom has a queen bed and the en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination. The other guestroom has a set of twin beds and the en-suite bath has a tub/shower combination.
Downstairs on the garage level, you'll find your own man-cave! TV, foosball table, comfy couch, mini-bar and full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The balcony, which stretches the length of the home, offers spectacular oceanfront views with plenty of seating for your entire family. If you are in to grilling, you will want to take advantage of the private elevator and drop down to the patio area for the perfect opportunity to “grill with a view”!
This property is ideal for a family or a couples retreat!
NOTE: Beachview 911 is located on the middle floor of the building. Beachview 913 is located on the top floor of the building. There are no shared access points between the two units.

• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)

Private residential elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can breakdown. We had a great time as the rental has everything you need and more. The balcony is fantastic with beautiful views of the beach and ocean! The beach is easy access just out the front door. Go to the beach early morning and see the sunrise. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need.

We had a great time! The house was awesome with a fantastic view of the beach. The location was great where we could walk to many of the restaurants. All in all it was a fantastic trip and a beautiful home!

This property has the best location - you cannot beat the access to the beach (right across the street) and to restaurants etc. But - the property is in need of repairs and updating. The water pressure is basically non-existent in the bathroom showers, there is mold on bathroom ceilings, we had to search for bath towels and what we found were old, mis-matched sets that desperately need replacing. Ice machine in kitchen doesn't work - we've stayed here twice and it has been broken both times. While the kitchen seems stocked - the owner needs to take an inventory and restock silverware and cooking utensils. Appliances are updated and in good working order.If you are looking for a good location - this is great. But it is to decorated with a beach vibe at all. Furniture is heavy, dark and Italianate to coordinate with the outside architecture.Finally - there was a sewage plumbing issue when we checked in and we had to be placed somewhere for the first night of our stay. Rental agency was fantastic - they worked super hard to get us a new place for the night and to get everything cleaned up and sanitized so we could get into this unit soon. Would highly recommend Brooke at RealEscapes - she was amazing! I would not recommend this property until owners address the interior issues.
