Breakfast is exceptional! Abundant, varied, authentic to the locale, prepared with care, all kinds of options for every kind of eater. The food was delicious and nutritional. The beverages are superb. The staff is professional, hospitable, efficient and warm. The rooms are fantastic and the common areas are fantastic. I would make the trip to Helsinki just to stay in this hotel. The tram and bus are just a few steps away. There are cafes and food options in the neighborhood as well. This hotel is over the top!!!
Everything was superb!
Can think of nothing that wasn't stellar.

The rooms and helpful information of how to get to the hotel before I arrived
I loved everything but the plastic soap container was a bit flimsy and the cap came off; I also don’t particularly like filter coffee so when paying extra for breakfast, I would have preferred an espresso coffee but these are minor comments
