The length and width of the corridor, the fact that cooked meals is available up to 10pm, the grandeur of the hotel, spa available and gym

Close to the Everton ground where we watched a match with friends, comfortable and clean with good staff and excellent food

Amazing deco in hotel
Air con very poor spa staff not helpful in explaining where to get your towels etc. Once working out the lockers had to go to alot to find towels plus robes.nothing in showers to wash no soap in dispenser thing before opening these things need checking.it was our first time using this spa.so very disappointed to coming here.when we tried booking it took alot to get intouch. I think this needs looking at.
