This property had good furniture and clean apartment.

The customer service of this property was awful. The behavior of the staff and the service call was so rude. We arrived at night and found there is no hot water in the apartment we called customer service and they told us to read the manual of the water heater and fix it ourselves or the service can be requested by tomorrow. We requested the service and no body showed up. This facility charged you a lot,you have to pay in advance, you have to sign the agreement and after all, you should deal with the apartment by yourself. Plus, the key and door were all broken, and every time we struggled a lot to open the door while nobody was there to help us. Believe me, with this price I could have found better options with better support.

Location is fantastic, courtyard-facing room was lovely with windows open all night, did not miss a view. Good starting place for many excursions, great food close. Building felt secure.

Great location for sightseeing!

Unfortunately it was so dirty. The bed linen had brown / red spots like old blood. Our two little girls always had hair from the floor between their fingers which definitly was not our hair. And not to forget the balcony: it was dirty dirty, full of sand and dirt that you could not do a step outside without shoes and bring all the dirt inside on the carpeted floor (we also found an used, old lip balm outside).

Clean. Safe. Comfortable. Laundry machine in the apartment.

Neighborhood wasn't safe to walk, but that's just how downtown Seattle is.
