We had 7 adults on our winter ski trip and there was plenty of room for us all. Perfect location to everything in town and a short walk to the Gondola to hit the slopes or enjoy Mountain Village. Definitely plan on a return stay!!

We took our six kids for the week and stayed at the perfect location, not only for its convenient location, right next to the gondola, but for its tranquil environment and ambiance. They had everything you could need. The kids all had their own bed to sleep in so drama was nil. Being right on the creak was heavenly. The property manager was super easy to deal with with wonderful customer service. We definitely look forward to dealing with this management company again and can’t wait to go back and stay at this property. We found an absolute winner.

Stayed with group of friends on ski trip to Telluride. Condo was clean, comfortable and well accommodated. Location is amazing, 2 minute walk and you’re on the gondola. You can also walk to restaurants, shops and the market. Would highly recommend and hope to return again.

Our family of 6 had an amazing Christmas vacation at River Watch in Telluride. We loved the condo; attractive, comfortable space, the hot tub, the view of the river, and the super convenience to town and the gondola. We would stay here again.

This was our first trip to Telluride staying in town, we typically stay in mountain village, but this location was simply perfect! It was very easy to get to mountain village and very enjoyable having a variety of restaurants and shops just steps out your door. The bridge entering the property & creek behind the house was so beautiful and scenic. The kids room with the bunks was darling & quaint for our four kids. They loooved their room! We will definitely be renting this location again!

Perfect Location!
Almost don't want to share :) because it is such a perfect spot. Great multi-level arrangement and a can't be beat location with a hot tub by the river.... we will be back.

The location of this property is perfect! The hot tub is not very private, but I guess privacy comes with a price in Telluride. The fireplace has a mind of it’s own - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. The furnishings were very comfortable and the home had everything you should need. Again, you can’t beat this location!

Awesome spot right near the gondola. Quiet and clean. Great hot tub and all appliances etc in great condition. Only con was that you’ll need to bring salt and pepper and cooking oil etc as nothing is stocked.

Nice convenient location.
Overall we enjoyed are stay. Location is on the river and near the gondola. House is beautiful but has some problems. Upstairs shower was stopped up but maintenance came promptly and fixed it. Carpet was wet when we arrived and didn't dry for several days. Microwave went out while we were there and we were told they would replace it. Pictures look exactly like the property, just a little more worn.

The best!
The condo was perfect! Right on the river and yet right in town, so we could walk everywhere.
We were met by an employee, so we could ask about the condo and town.
I strongly recommend this location for adults as well as families with children.
