The location, the possibility to check in earlier and leave our luggage a little longer was a great touch. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The bed clean.
It is a little old and run down, but for a one night stay good value for money very close to termini and the train to the airport.

Easy to find location, 5 minutes from Termini.
Comfortable bed
Very good shower.
Excellent - very cold - air conditioning.
TV works fine.
Good value for money.
Nice balcony.
Sound-proofing is good and it was very quiet at night in what is otherwise a noisy part of the city.
The room was advertised as having kettle, kitchen, and refrigerator. It had NONE of these.
The lift stops on random floors.
I was told that my bank card (used 100s of times) was not working - a total lie and I had to get cash out of nearby cashpoint before I could go into room.
