This trailer has some nice upgrades I've added too, like electric stabilizer jacks and lots of USB ports. Here's the details: Nice indoor kitchen Dinette seats 4 and converts to a bed Good size fridge/freezer (propane/electric) 1 Queen size Murphy bed 1 Dinette Bed 2 Bunk Beds Separate Bathroom Shower and Bathtub Bathroom sink Oven and 3 burner stove Microwave Forced air heat and AC Audio/video entertainment system Sofa Sleeps 5 adults or 6 persons if you have small children Lots of cabinet storage space, storage below dinette benches, storage below sofa, plus exterior cargo cabinets. We include outdoor chairs, kitchen utensils, a frying pan and a saucepan, medium size pot, french-press coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, and some cleaning supplies. Bedding is not included. Bring your own sheets or use sleeping bags. Pet friendly however proper clean up is mandatory - Trailer must have no animal odor and no animal hair at end of rental. I'm extremely strict about this. Interior cleaning is required before returning. $100 fee if you don't dump the waste tanks prior to returning (waived if you're paying for delivery/pickup) I try to be flexible on pick-up / drop-off times.
