Location and simplicity
Management company provided the incorrect key box number, we were lucky that landlord was at property when we arrived.

Very clean, great location & lovely outdoor space.
Both double beds very small & uncomfortable, bedding has seen better days, could be refreshed, did not sleep well either night. Towels provided on the small side & very thin.

Location was good. Off road walk into centre of Keswick with it many facilities. The avaliability of public transport to explore further afield e.g. to Cockermouth and Penrith.
Lighting was adequate, but a number of fittings not working. One of the beds not particularly comfortable so we changed bed rooms. Property folder did not give instructions for heating and other appliance use.
