While the rooms have recently been remodeled, they removed the alarm clocks so you have no way of knowing what time it is in the middle of the night as the A/C unit constantly cycles on and off like a jet engine! A call t the front desk says they no longer have alarm clocks as "amenities"....when was a clock ever considered an amenity? Talk about going cheap! The pillows are awful....why do hotels put down pillows in their rooms? They flatten down to nothing and there's no way to ever get them to stay lofty. And the rooms are just plain noisy....no sound proofing or insulation between the walls or floors. Doors slam at all hours of the night, people talking loudly in the hall (they might as well be in the same room with you) and the kids staying because they are in sports tournaments are running around upstairs and moving furniture or God knows what?! Worst 4 nights sleep ever!

Great price for newly remodeled rooms. Easy to get to from I-5. Several restaurants within 3-5 min drive.

Thehotel was a great stay. Very beautiful. My kids enjoyed the amenities and decorations. The breakfast was delicious.

Room was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly. But the room door wouldn’t shut unless you pushed hard on it, and outlets weren’t working all over the room. The common areas were showing a lot of wear and tear, broken tiles, doors not closing properly, etc. Can tell it was once nice, but seems past its prime. Stay was fine overall, I just expected it to be a little nicer.

We were not told that there was construction going on on the building. Was woke up at 8a.m. to sanding and drilling sounds. Also was not informed that no room cleaning or fresh towels would be provided daily. Had to go to the front desk to get fresh towels. Had to request room cleaning the night before from the front desk. Hotel Starbucks would not honor Starbucks reward card. Will think twice about staying at Hilton Hotels.

New rooms were nice. Still have the old doors though. They are loud and get slam every time someone goes in/out. Whether it's midnight or 530 AM, they'll wake you up.

The hotel staff wa great, hotel was clean. Expedia should have known/informed that the hotel was under construction. Starting work at 8am.

Stayed in Room 323. Inside of room was new and nice. Old fridge though. Old room door. All the room doors close really loud, so you're constantly getting woke up as people come home at night, and leaving in the AM. Other than that though, things were fine.

Ok housekeeping didn’t clean room. Asked for towels told me I needed to pick up front finally came and gave us some . Very limited towels in room . Parking inconvenient with construction trucks blocking . Room nicely renovated from out past trips

Stayed for our family reunion. Lucky to get a renovated room (hence the higher rating).
Some family members got unrenovated rooms, and their reviews will likely be significantly lower. 😕
One con: requested connecting rooms in reservation (have an 11-year old). When we got there, they informed us no connecting rooms exist. Cousins shared that these still exist on unrenovated floors, but had to make the decision between updated rooms or connecting rooms.

The property overall was ok, newly remodeled bedroom, but it was constructions next door 9 am-7 pm, we were traveling during the night and expected to sleep during the day and of course, couldn't, hammering and loud noises, do not understand why they give us a room right next to the one having worked at the moment when it appears the hotel was almost vacant? complained at the front door and the receptionist could care less and stated that it was ok to have noise during the day??

I am very disappointed. Apparent the hotel is under construction so noise from 8am to 6pm. Pool closed until 6pm. With a young child it made it very inconvenient. This should have also been disclosed at check in or even at booking. The room itself is nice. Staff upfront was ok. Breakfast staff was great. Night security, let’s say rubbed me the wrong way. Overall it was mid and we won’t be back.
