The breakfast was great. I’m from the south. No grits, but the oatmeal was great. Location seemed safer than other hotels in that city, so happy to have something new and safe.

I saw A (1) baby roach on my last day in the bathroom.

I booked 2 rooms. The rooms were dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. Loud traffic noise from the freeway. The bathroom floors were dirty. I got charged for a broken toilet seat (that was already broken by the way) because I didn’t remember to report it during my busy weekend.

Overall the place was alright. Couch was comfortable. Shower felt great. Appreciated the in room coffee maker, and the staff was very helpful.

I hated the fact that even though I paid when I made the reservation, there was NO advance notice that a credit card or cash deposit was required on top of the room price, even though by then the room fee was non refundable. If I hadn't happened to have $200 more in my account than I was notified was needed, I would've been out the room fee, and never had the room. That's completely unprofessional of your company.

clean and room was nice

we requested a quiet room and were placed on the side facing the freeway even though after we checked in we found out that rooms on the other side were available. We were kept awake with loud trucks etc zooming by. we won’t be staying here again which is unfortunate because everything else was great. Note: the freeway is basically next to the parking lot with no streets or building in between so it was really close
