The hotel was extremely busy. Had lots of older cruise patrons staying at the hotel. This made the breakfast queue very long every day we were there. Also the lobby was completely packed a lot of the day. Lots of airline crew stay at the hotel also.
The rooms are nothing special, the hotel running on its name more than its value for money.
Staff very accommodating and the access to nearby Shinjuku very easy. Close by subway stations make for easy access to anywhere you want to go. But If you are looking to stay in the middle of Shinjuku nightlife this is not for you as it located about a kilometre from the Godzilla hotel.

This hotel had terrible air quality in the room. I was sick the entire time there. Housekeeping hardly change the sheets or even dusted the room. I asked for a humidifier which made my sickness even worse. They claimed it’s because the hotel is very old and no ventilation. There were several others i spoke to that had similar complaints. If they know the problem then why haven’t they looked into a solution? I did not enjoy my stay or my vacation. I will not be going back to this hotel.

Hilton Tokyo is connected to the Nishi Shinjuku metro station (through Hiltopia) which makes it extremely convenient. The staff are professional and very courteous. If you can, attend their delicious breakfast buffet. Just be careful not to overeat.

Generally good, location is some distance from Shinjuku, but walkable. Basement can walk to Metro stations, which is good. Room is clean and housekeeping provide good service. Staff are nice and professional and helpful and fast. Food quality is good. Overall, a nice hotel to stay.

Excellent stay at Hilton Shinjuku. We have always loved Hilton, and will stay there whenever possible. Congrats to al the staff there for giving us a comfortable and memorable stay!

This hotel has an amazing concierge service. 425 personnel’s are working to help you guests to book restaurants and other services, without which the language barrier would have made it impossible to book. There is a shuttle bus to Shinjuku station although the location is at west suinjuku.

The hotel was extremely organized considering how many rooms there were. It’s service was exceptional and there is a limousine bus stop at the the hotel which was very convenient to get to from Narita airport.

Hotel stay was amazing and staff were really helpful. The breakfast is amazing and has plenty of options to choose from. The have a free shuttle service from shinjuku station which really makes it easy if you are travelling with children. There is a small underground mall connected to the hotel which is nice and convenient. Overall really happy with our stay.

The room was stylish with a tint of Japanese traditional taste. King-size bed was comfortable and I had good sleep though neighbors' noise was audible. Compared to other highly rated hotels, the room arrangement showed little interests in environmental concerns (plastic use reduction and recycling, for example). The shower room door was not so practically designed for an adult person to comfortably enter. Amenities were very simple and similar to those you can find in ubiquitous business hotels in Tokyo. Breakfast buffet had fairly good selections but quality was far from the best I have experienced.

We liked the check-in, the room, the quietness, the breakfast on 37th floor, the two restaurants (japanese and grill).

Good hotel, a bit old style. Smart location in quiet part of Shinjuku, but underground to subway and free shuttlebus to center.
Sad gym-thats a mess, smal inside swimingpool, bar, restaurants, nice breakfast. I would go again!

Service in buffet lounge dinner was disappointing - asked 3 times to finish and leave at 9pm, having only sat down 830pm with food and glass of wine. I understand the restaurant closes at 9pm but one table would not hold up anyone for another 15 mins or so. The impression I got was the staff just wanted to clear up and go home. No consideration for customer (paying a good rate) and goes against Hilton's mission statement of "fill the earth with hospitality"). Worst experience at a Hilton hotel from the many I've stayed at around the world. First time in Tokyo and not a pleasant impression of the hotel or City. A shame really.
