When i arrived i was greeted promotly and was told i actually had gotten upgraded. Im not aure why but getting a mini suite for the price i paid was amazing. I wish i had gotten to take more advantage of it but my schedule did not allow for it. Still it was a welcome surprise.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The only complaint I have,the workout room was right next to me. People were dropping their weights and it would wake me up.

Room is clean. We appreciated the kitchen. Mattress of the bed felt old and could be changed. The sofa bed for my kids was not maded. We had to ask for blankets.
Breakfast was ok but we had to wait because too many people with not enough tables and chairs.
I would recommend for a short stay and to save some money

The room was beautiful. There was a refrigerator, stove and microwave. The breakfast in the morning was extensive. The staff were very helpful. The only issue we had was that a king bed was ordered but we arrived late and had to settle for a queen. It was more of a mini-suite. The location was convenient to the highway and Boston. The rooms were very quiet. The hotel was packed but you never heard anyone else in the hotel. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Awful and bad smelling Hotel. It was so cold and the windows are so old that they cannot close and when raining the entire floor area around windows get flooded and the central heating is extremely noisy so cannot be used during night time… we changed rooms several times but just as bad in all rooms. It an embarrassment to the Hyatt brand. Everything is beneath Motel standard…. Stay somewhere else

The heater / A/c was as loud as a truck! Rattling and shaking! When it turns off it actually shakes the entire room!

A very nice hotel. What’s the important factor staying at a hotel? Cleanliness above all else. And it was spotless. I love a staff that takes pride in their work.

I enjoyed a relaxing time at the hotel. If I needed anything, the staff were quick to respond.

When we arrived, our reserved double room was out of order. But they were able to provide us with two suites for the same price. It was a good way to feel safe in a place where we did not have were to go. Also, the hotel was clean and our rooms smelled fresh.

I wish I could have given a five star rating. However, every time I come , the heat issue stays the same. I have to call maintenance to adjust the heat. The elevator was not working and this was an inconvenience. The staff are great and the morning breakfast is very good.

The elevator was broken, and our room wasn’t what we thought it was supposed to be. The front desk couldn’t have been more helpful with moving us to the first floor and upgrading to a suite as compensation. I’d book a suite again it was quite convenient and nice to have a separate sitting area

Better parking options and actually having the bar be open upon arrival would have been nice, but it’s understandable having trouble finding the help! Otherwise everyone was great!

Breakfast was better than most hotels that put out a standard buffet in the morning. Gym was clean and bigger than most with quality equipment.

There was blood stains on the sheets,I requested to get new linens and it took two to 3 hrs before I finally got some clean ones. The mattress looked like it had sweat stains or urine stains a on it,the worker that came in the next day to clean was beyond rude,they had no bartender at the bar so I wasn’t able to go it was overall a horrible experience,and I couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi. Honestly should have a refund!

Very good, except laundry process, I would expect machines that operate with card or better user friendly operation.machines only accepting 25c, note everyone carries that change and reception only accept notes not coins.
