We booked last minute after another property canceled due to overbooking. Hyatt House Boston/Waltham had enough room for our family of 5, the room was clean and spacious. Check in was quick and easy, staff was friendly and helpful, the gym has great equipment, laundry was convenient and easy to use an app to pay. Local restaurants were an easy walkable distance.

Heading into Boston with children was stressful. But there was nothing stressful about our stay at the Hyatt House. From the moment we arrived, we were kindly greeted and well taken care of. The room was spacious and clean! Having a full kitchen was a lifesaver with hungry mouths to feed at all hours of the day. And can I say how much we loved the breakfast!! I couldn't recommend this hotel more!
