Great stay. Staff was very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed, specifically the front desk lady Shannon. She was awesome and very professional and polite.

Our room was right between the pool & the door going outside. It was SO LOUD until 11:00pm because of people in the pool area yelling and the door slamming every time anyone went in or out. Worst possible location for a room for people that actually needed to sleep! The hotel, although old, was clean enough. I would stay again if guaranteed a better room location.

The hotel was nice and in a great location but they had the pool taken over by a kids party and then all those kids ran up and down the halls and in and out of rooms banging doors. The walls are thin and we could hear everything going on in the room next to us. Notified the front desk but the noise continued. I know they can’t control the kids or make the parents do anything but it seemed like noise carried morning this hotel versus others ones we have stayed at.

Loved the jetted tub and the breakfast selection was great! We were greeted with a friendly smile and taken care of by the awesome staff. Fan in the bathroom was kind of loud but I would stay here again!

Our coffee maker didnt work but that was the Only thing wrong with our stay!

The staff was very accommodating to our needs for a later checkout. The free breakfast was amazing, as compared to other hotel breakfasts. We will stay there again.

It was close to family and activities we planned with them. Room was comfortable and spacious and bed was just right. Breakfast was ample and good selections.

Booked for the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was closed. Specifically chose the poolside room, and the tracking of the door was so poor that we couldn’t open and close the door. Locking system on door was also broken.

The location of the hotel was great with plenty of shopping and food choices within walking and/or driving distance. Pros and cons to booking here but would consider booking if a hotel is needed in the area again.

This is a decent hotel but needs attention and updating.
It is in need of a deep cleaning, carpets are stained throughout the halls and rooms.
The wall paper is peeling in some areas. The bathroom overhead fan is so loud that you cant hear anything else if the switch is turned on

Very friendly staff. Quiet rooms. Directly behind a gas station and Joe's BBQ (which is worth the wait). 5 minute walk to Target (busy street, but there's a crosswalk). Clean pool.

The pool and hot tub were closed the entire week. Everyday I had to have my room key re programed as it would always not work. Staff is rude. Elevator was slow as hell so I just took the stairs all week lol. Not a good hotel and I travel a lot all year.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, but the room I stayed in was not up to par. The carpet was sticky, the restroom was not complete clean and the room smelled horribly musty. I will not recommend or return to this location.

Staff were very nice. We were very impressed with how clean it was. Rooms were great and bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

The power went out. Not their fault. The whole block was out. The employees were quick to share it wasnt their fault. The breakfast had to be pulled. When asked if they were going to put it back out, their response was less than satisfactory... lack of empathy was very apparent. Since the elevator was down, i had to help my 85 year old.mother down a flight stairs to leave the hotel, even though we asked for ground level and an accessible shower...

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The only problem was hotel breakfast had old fruit and hard rolls and biscuits.

The buffet breakfast was great. And the pool and hot tub was open late, which is awesome. Many hotels nowadays are closing their hot tubs, but this was a must for us, so thanks for providing!

Pool was nice..but chilly. Hot tub was great. Doors to pool from our room were half broken. Could hear people above us walking around til 12am. Breakfast was good.
