The staff is very friendly. We had an extended stay here. You have everything that you need. Simple gym small pool and kitchen. Absolutely wonderful staff. Anything that you need…plus if you forgot something target, groceries and mall are a few steps away.

The only kinda negative thing I have to say is the lobby/front desk door/entry needs better signage as it took us awhile to figure out where we had to check-in!
GREAT location, GREAT staff, GREAT price, GREAT breakfast! Offers a nice patio with grills, outdoor pool area… nothing but greatness!

We always have the best stay at Eden Prairie Towneplace Suites. The staff are excellent, very accommodating, and the Hotel and rooms are always very clean. We had a personal issue during our stay and the Manger (Michael) was very helpful and understanding. The other staff members were also extremely helpful and their customer service is outstanding. I would very much recommend this hotel at this location. A great place to stay. We have been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

Wonderful place to stay. Lots of amenities. The room had a kitchenette which we didn’t need but what a value for $79. Updated room with a great shower. Close to shopping, theater and restaurants.

Towneplace had no amenities (outdoor pool) but complimentary breakfast was great, staff was pleasant/ helpful, and when I checked out was happy to make issues right!
It was a convenient, economical, comfortable place to sleep while in the twin cities for a weekend.

Decent hotel, staff were friendly. You can definitely hear your neighbors. We had to move rooms 1st night because of the people above us. Staff was accommodating though.

Hotel was amazing. The only issue my husband and I had were the beds were a little too firm for us. Other than that, staff was amazing and everything was in great condition/clean.

Convenient to get something to eat or go do some shopping. Rooms are a little dated and could use some maintenance on things but the cleanliness of the room was good and the bed was comfortable and it was nice and quite.

Amazing facility, rooms are large and well equipped, the staff were all friendly and helpful. Very close to everything we needed. Breakfast was well stocked with a wide variety of choices. I enjoyed the micro wave selections for food available in the lobby, because that first night I didn't want to go out, so it was nice to have that option for purchase. I would absolutely stay again.

Very close to shopping centers not tobfar from the outlet mall. Nice quiet and relaxing experience. Friendly staff and housekeeping is great.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The ladies behind the desk were very helpful. The breakfast was outstanding- not a continental breakfast but offered hot choices like waffles, eggs and sausage and oatmeal.

Really impressed with the hotel breakfast, extremely kind staff, and large room. I was impressed to find the hotel lobby/kitchen area had been renovated and looked newer than the online photos. The room itself was slightly dated but still felt very cozy and clean. We really made use of the kitchen and the living space, great for a group of 4 girls. The wifi was spotty in the room though and one night the hallway smelled strongly of cigarettes but the hotel said there was nothing they could do about it to help. Loved the location - Target was a 1 minute drive away, lots of food options, and close to a freeway. All in all, had an amazing stay.

We had a difficult time finding the main door to check in. We had to call the hotel to find it. Also, there were two different buildings, which was very confusing.

A large group of people have gathered outside the hotel. Stayed up till 4am. We were not able to sleep because of the load noise 😒

Its hard to find the main entrance/check in for this hotel - maybe putting a sign up pointing to where the door is? It's in a weird place and there's more than one building.

Safe and well lit area, quiet and great staff. Room was clean and no smells. The outdoor pool was warm and relatively clean for an outdoor pool. Breakfast was good with hot options. Only issue I had was parking. We returned from a concert around 11:30 pm and had to park behind the opposite building. I would think room designated parking or for each building would fix this.
I would stay again.

I just wanted one day to de-stress in the pool and they gave me a late checkout, a room with easy access to my car, really just everything I asked for with no hassles and a smile. It was a private little pool and it felt so good to be there on a perfect summer day. The room was nice and very clean, sans a slight odor of smoke that clearly was hard to remove from some inconsiderate past guest. It wasn't bad enough to complain about and I quit noticing it within the first few minutes in the room. They were really just A plus on customer service and kindness when I needed it the most. So very rare these days!

There were different buildings for this property. We were sent across the parking lot to another building from where we checked in. It was very far from where we had parked our car since there is not much parking near the entrance. We kind of got the feeling people stay here long term? There were people wandering around the property into the late night and made us feel a little unsafe. There were also a lot of people sitting right outside the property well into the night and being very loud. Almost like a party was going on. It was very loud and woke us a few times. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Ourstay started with a 40 minute wait for someone to show up to the front desk. When that person arrived he did not speak enough English to understand the difference between a service animal and a pet. We were charge a $100 fee for a psychiatric service animal.
The room was clean and tidy, but the stovetop was BADLY damaged. The old fashioned electric stove coil had been pulled out like a spring and left like that.
The beds felt like plywood. My spouse and I both woke up with serious back pain as a result. The pillows were just as bad.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. I did not care for the dogs barking in the rooms when we would walk sown the hall in the morning or at night when we came back.

The room was comfortable but it looked used and seemed a bit worn out. The air conditioning did not work well and was extremely noisy when turned on. The last night we opened the windows not wanting another night with the AC on and the road noise was disturbing. Next time to Eden Prairie, I likely will look for a different hotel

Need a place for the night, this was one of the cheapest property and we got a 2 bedroom suite, which worked out very nice
