Great hotel! Check in was simple, the room was clean and well maintained. I’ve stayed in tons of hotels across the country with my 4 children, this is the first one with 2 full bathrooms!! Made getting ready in the morning so much easier!

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

I have been staying here once/month since April 2023, during all its remodeling. Looks much better now than when it was a construction zone -- looking like a 3rd world country! But the room doors, at least on the 3rd floor, still need some attention. Many paint/plaster splashes, and yucky looking sticker residue from past room numbers.
Very disappointed that a recycling bin isn't offered in each room as is common in so many other hotel chains. And that compostable plates, cups and serving ware aren't offered at breakfast, along with a compost bin.
But please tell the desk staff they need to bathe! The man who checked me in on Thurs. night, 1/18, while very nice, had terrible B.O.!
Lastly, you need to update your Google listing. GPS doesn't know you exist, and it's frustrating to use Google Maps.

Hotel under some renovations, our floor was complete though and was nice. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast. Good location.

The hotel is currently undergoing major renovation. The parking lot contained construction vehicles and containers. There were warning signs that the hotel was not responsible for vehicles in their lot.

Hotel was being remodeled and shabby down the hallway. We were not informed about the remodeling when we booked the stay. Very disappointed that Hotels.com didn't post the info. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room needed to be updated, but the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The rooms were so small, you have to go outside to change. The air conditioner was like listening to a bingo game all night. I would rather sleep in the car next time

This property is under full construction! Changing to a Holiday Inn, there is debris everywhere! Stairways, hallways, rooms next to mine, the grounds! Empty rooms with the doors wide open! Noisy and messy, dumpsters and trailer on property! Cranes and roof work being done! It should be closed during a full remodel! It took someone over 20 minutes to come to front desk to check in!

The latch lock was missing a pin, the sink plug wasn’t connected, a weird stain by the shower, gross spaghetti stains on the throw blanket on our bed, and the room rank of old stale cigarette smoke.

The hotel was conveniently located; however, once the light rail begins to be in operation it may become loud. It appeared to be getting remodeled and what was remaining from, what I assume, was the old hotel was grungy and felt dirty. I also saw a pubic hair on the shower wall before I used it. The mattress was a bit hard for my taste. For the price it was a decent stay. I will likely not stay there again.

Room had recently been remodeled, it was pretty nice for the price. Breakfast was decent. Staff was helpful and friendly. Doors, hallways, building exterior in poor condition, but it looked like they were renovating all those areas.

Renovations are progressing quickly; only a few cosmetic things remain in the hallways. Driveway in front of the door is under construction, so not wheelchair friendly for a few days ahead. It will look nice when it’s finished. Doors aren’t super tight, walls are thin, so you can hear conversations next door and above you.

The hotel is being renovated so, no wheelchair access through front door (not an issue for me but, just an observation). Construction materials and dust in halls. Again, not an issue, just an observation. Rooms were fine. About 20 to 25 minute drive to downtown Minneapolis.

The lot was mostly tore up. Was under construction inside and out and no word of it on their site. Outdated room. Entrance to bathroom was only about 18-20 inches wide very small door which was interesting.

Could be very nice when construction is complete! Much of the hotel is being significantly renovated, appears to be making fast progress. Only concern was thin walls: easy to hear conversations next door. Staff was very accommodating.

The person who checked me in was very helpful. He suggested changing my floor from 2nd to 1st, got me a different room when the room key didn’t work and later showed me how to work the TV. Very senior citizen friendly!!!!

Check in was quick and easy. The lobby is nice. We took the elevator to our room and on the first day, the elevator was smelly but after that it smelled like cleaning products. The room was bigger and nicer than we expected. The hotel was very very quiet. We didnt hear any other guests or cars outside. The bathroom is beautiful. I love the design. Everything was very clean. I even checked under the sheets and inside the pillow cases and everything was bright white. I was so impressed. Just a week before my stay at the Eden Prarie hotel, I had a work trip at a hotel that was $300 a night and Eden Prarie hotel was better. This place is a gem and I will be staying here again. The location is great because its a short drive to Minneapolis and the city of Eden Prarie has everything you need in terms of shopping and even some good places to eat. I recommend this hotel for those looking to score and awesome deal but also have a clean and relaxing stay. The room was cleaned every day.
