Very clean, very comfortable, very friendly staff! I wish they had a free breakfast, but the food was delicious!

Our stay was okay. I forgot that Hilton charges for Wi-Fi access if you aren't a rewards member -- I became one, but didn't want to. I hate that nickle-and-diming nonsense. Also not thrilled with a $13 breakfast buffet that wasn't any better than what most chains provide free with your room. Conditioner was empty in the shower, which wasn't discovered until taking a shower. :-(. Housekeeping was annoying wanting to clean the room while our do not disturb sign was out.
Highlights were a comfortable bed, spacious room, good location, and a nicely heated pool.

I love the location of this hotel. It’s 3-4 miles from the neighborhood my parents live in and I grew up in, so it was the ideal place to stay when in town visiting my parents. VERY close to food options, shopping options and accessible to get around town.
The hotel was beautiful and the rooms fairly updated.
My only frustration is with the toilet that ran until the stopped was shut manually a few times and some of the bathroom floor tiling coming up.
The suite with a living room had a lot of space when planning to stay more than a few days.

The only thing that is unfortunate about our stay, is the $9 breakfast, instead of it being complimentary. We are away from home, and a complimentary hot meal would be wonderful.

Great front desk experience upon checkin, super clean and comfortable room. Only minus was the pillows which we didn’t find comfortable at all, but that’s personal preference. Overall great stay.

Amazing rooms and great service! We did have an issue with opening the room door after using the key card. 5 trips to the lobby to get help. No one could get the door open. Finally the manager found a way to help.

It was wonderful. My daughters enjoyed the pool. I enjoyed that the pool area wasn’t overly warm but also that the pool didn’t feel like ice. It was great! The staff were wonderful as well. Everyone was helpful when needed and pleasant to interact with.

Hot tub broken but instead of draining it it has clearly been broken with stale water for a while. Green scum is building up in it. Our room was clean looking but trash wasn’t emptied so not Sure how thoroughly it was cleaned. Hot water took a long time (5+ mins) before shower was warm.

The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Our only complaint was the overabundance of chemicals in the hot tub making the second night of our stay making it hard to stay in it as our eyes started burning and watering.

Nothing unique here.. older property, broken ice machine, limited amenities. Was not told at check in that we had to request maid service a day ahead so we had no maid service all weekend.

Staff was very friendly, though house keeping tried coming into room prior to us checking out and didn't hear them knock.
Biggest complaint is the breakfast, was not impressed or pleased that i had to pay $20 for me and my 2 kids to eat crappy milk carton eggs (which i later got sick from) over heated, sausage patties so thin the tongs couldn't even pick them up. If you're going to charge ppl for breakfast, at least have fresh eggs and better sausage.

Hotel was super nice. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great location. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. The only thing to complain about was the mattress. The most uncomfortable mattress ever. Like sleeping on a board.

Nice property, in a quiet part of Eden Prairie. Clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent. They went out of their way to accommodate us during our stay. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay, the room is always beautiful and roomy! The only part I was not a huge fan of was the breakfast for $15 per person. My 2 year old would not have ate enough food for $15. Other wise a great stay

They ended up booking me in the wrong room I was suppose to get a king with pull out sofa and they gave me a King with no pull out and snacks and drinks of course I was upset and they couldn't change it.. but the guy behind me gave me his room he had a 2 queen beds and he took mine also the guy at front desk was professional and was helpful even with my attitude in the beginning. The down side to all this is that I was right across from pool which i thought would be great so my son can swim but there were a couple kids going in and out of pool after hours (closes at 11pm) so loud I could hear door slamming not to mention being so loud in hallway and it didnt stop till midnight not to mention people in hallway being loud after 1am. My son has basketball tournament early that next morning and lets just say he didn't sleep the best and I didn't at all I'm so tired was hoping this would of been a nice experience which it would of been perfect if all that didn't happen.
