Beautiful view from the room. I understand there is no daily housekeeping but not even a coffee refill in the room. The hotels condition was ok, good location.

The staff was very nice, hotel is clean, room was smaller than expected but comfortable. The problem was the noise. Constant noise in the hallways until the early hours of the morning and also road noise from the freeway.

It makes it look like you have a beautiful view of the bay in the pictures, however between that is a parking lot and a freeway, next time I wouldn't pay more for a bay view. Other reviews said it was dirty and run down. Our room was very clean, nicely decorated. The front desk reception was friendly and helpful. Definitely no bed bugs as one review claimed.

I usually love staying at Sonesta, but this time, I ended up leaving and not staying the night.

This hotel is cool. I was not happy about not having a microwave in my room, however, the kindness of the staff made up for that. Everyone was very helpful and cordial. I’ll be back again!

Great place, very convenient to Bay Street.

Very clean

We had to switch rooms 5 times. The fridges were dirty in every room. The rooms smelled horrible. The TVs had various problems. The AC didnt work in at least 1 room. Finally on our 5th move we asked for the manager and he changed our room and upgraded us. That was nice but after 2 hrs of unpacking and packing back up to move rooms it was too little too late. We stay at hotels over 40 times a year. We have never in the Years of traveling and work events had a situation arise like this, especially at this price point. I would be very cautious about booking here. I wouldn't reccomend it, I will also never be booking here again.

Book this hotel for the first time to celebrate my daughter 9th birthday. A pool party in the winter is hard to do, and this Sonesta hotel was one of two hotels in the area that offered an indoor pool. This hotel was amazing, and slept comfortably 3 kids in each bed for a total of 6, then I slept on the chair. I’m sure I could have asked for a roll away bed, but I didn’t bother. The hotel is clean, and very appealing to the eye. Check-in isn’t until 4:00 so I love that they don’t close the pool area until 9:30PM. We had a party of 7, and basically had the entire pool / hot tub to ourselves for four hours straight. This was amazing because the kids were loud, and we song happy birthday and had cake by pool. Caution the pool is not heated, and extremely cold like your swimming in a lake; definitely will take your body a while to adjust to freezing water temperature (needs adjusting). The hot tub on the other hand is a great temperature and feels so relaxing. This will now be one of our go to hotels, and now planning a Mother’s Day stay for the future. Overall this hotel is 5/5 and the only con is that this hotel does not offer a continental breakfast, some rooms come with it and hotel will give you a voucher upon check-in, but it’s only for two people per room. Not many options and no hot food, breakfast is à la cart with yogurt bagels etc.. not buffet style with hot food like most continental breakfast. Not worth the cost for 7 of us, so I went to Trader Joe’s next door.

It was a good stay very quiet which I loved nothing bad to say about this property.

I have stayed here before and it is great. However, the room I stayed in was not prepped.There was no soap and the usual toiletries. Also, the sheets and pillows smelled of men's cologne. Clearly, not washed. I did not sleep that night. I was so grossed out.

Check-in was a breeze and I had no issues getting the room I reserved (bay view, higher floor). The hotel is located across Bay Street so we had tons of dining and shopping options which were walking distance. At first I was bummed that breakfast wasn’t included in the rate but we never got up in time to have breakfast so it worked out for us. Will book here again.

The staff was very helpful I originally scheduled my hotel stay for the wrong day it was scheduled with a third party I was advised to reach out to that third party and when that third party reached out to the hotel staff they fixed my issue with no problem

Bed was uncomfortable, breakfast for two exceeded $50, limited guest parking, card access for parking difficult to open...just to name a few areas of dissatisfaction.

The staff was wonderful and very polite and answer all my questions without any problem

From the moment that I arrived and ask for early check in and was told it’s $50 extra! The person at the counter never told me anything about breakfast or housecleaning. By the way this hotel still thinks it’s okay to use COVID as an excuse to not clean regularly. I sat for 4 days in a dirty room because nobody told me I needed to order it. Also breakfast is not free, it costs an arm and leg. I paid $10 for a cup of fruit and a cup of tea. I’ll never stay here again.

The hotel is very clean, eco friendly and comfortable. I had a nice and quiet room and a very restful stay. I liked that I could open the window and air the room. The location is wonderful - beautiful water views, 2 min walk from a large shopping area with a lot of shops and a Trader's Joe. The free wifi was slow though, and there was no option to upgrade. The front desk staff was very friendly and made me feel at home. I especially want to thank Michael Williams, Assistant General Manager, for making special room accommodation for me and also Vanessa at the front desk. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!
