Next to a good restaurant

Very comfortable.

I have stayed at this motel numerous times in the past. It has always been great. I have no issues with the motel. Sadly I was not able to stay this time because of Expedia's policies. I do have an issue with Expedia. I accidently booked the wrong dates on their web site. I realized the a few days after the booking the room. This was about a month before the reservation date. I called Expedia customer as soon as I new about the issue. There was more then ample time(about 30 days) to give notice to the motel. Expedia refused to allow a date change or a refund. They told me to take it up with the insurance policy that I also bought at the time and that was my only way to get a refund. I filed a claim with the insurance company and was denied within a few days. Turns out cancelation due to booking error is not covered. I am sure the Expedia rep new this and just sent me on that path to get me off the phone. This simple mistake that Expedia refused to help with cost me over $400.00. I won't be doing business with Expedia again.

Convenient west end location, evening staff were friendly. However.... elevator made very loud metal on metal screeching sound when closing, small dark closets are not a good place for suitcases, couch had many white stains, faucet/sink combination poorly designed, stained white towels, and though we requested housekeeping services every other day via the Marriott online app, they never came and front desk said they knew nothing about it.

I loved how new this property still looks. It has aged well. Very comfy beds. Clean rooms. I would love to see a variety of breakfast from one day to the next. Overall great customer service and very centrally located for lots of restaurants and shopping.

We had a family situation and could not cancel our reservation as it was non-refundable. The representative from Hotels.com said mostly all hotels are non-refundable, which was not true! This is the first time I came across a hotel that was non-refundable for all the years I've been using Hotels.com. Will not stay here again due to being non-refundable.

Very comfortable spacious clean rooms… Great breakfast… Friendly helpful staff… The only complaint was the hot tub was not hot it was barely warm and there was no towels in the pool area

Customer service was great! The rooms are big and feel more like a suite. Breakfast was better than most places. Lots of options.

First room given wasnt cleaned. Second room was, but tub is cracked & stained and looks dirty, even though it isnt. Room size is nice for family of 4. Beds super hard, so thats awful. Hips and back killing us after one night of sleep.

Check in was quick and front desk was super helpfull. Very clean on the grounds and in the room.

This hotel shares a parking lot with texas roadhouse and it is hard to get into the parking spots for the hotel.

The convenience

This is a great place to stay. We felt safe and we love how nice the workers were. We stayed at a couple of places while on this road trip and this by far hands down, best breakfast spot. I love that they had Texas Roadhouse right in the back so we had that the night before. It was clean. We didn't use the pool but I did think that the hot tub was smaller than expected. Otherwise I would come back again.

Everything was wonderful

The staff at this property is aing, very polite and friendly, really took an interest in how are stay was and if there was anything we they could do. Definitely, gave ideas for our dining.

While checking in, staff was not knowledgeable enough about credit card transactions. They also did not show enough willingness to provide a complete “hotel style” bedding set for the pullout sofa bed (bed sheets, comforter, 2 pillows). The young lady at the front said the hotel did not have comforters for pull-out beds and only one additional pillow. Very disappointing…

The AC did not work in our room. They switched our rooms and it did not work in that one either!! The breakfast was not very good either.

Staffs are friendly, their breakfast is great and clean rooms. The pool needs to be clean.

At the Front Desk when we were checking in, busy. I was impressed the clerk maintained friendly, professional customer service through the whole time. The room was in order, but a pillow had stains, the t.v. was stuck on hdmi2, no dial tone on the phone and the microwave didn't work. When I called the Front Desk, I dreaded a long tortuous process. Instead, we were promptly switched to a room that was what we expected for our dollar with swift, professional customer service again. service. Peaceful 1st night in a comfortable room. We slept well.

Overall good. Might need a little more deep cleaning with rugs and furniture in rooms but nothing major. Pretty dark in some areas with not the best lighting.

Great friendly service and my room was spotless. Loved the bed and linens. Spacious room. Will definitely stay again.
