The place was old and run down, not at all like in the pictures. Room was on the first floor. The room smelled of mildew and the carpet was damp - so that explains the smell. The window did not have a secure lock it, the toilet cycled about every 5- 10 minutes and the shower head dripped all night. I tried to get into another hotel, but all were booked. I will never go back or recommend this hotel

Someone came into our room while we were in it says he was checking the doors. Hmmm very strange and never again will we stay there.

This hotel is a step above a stable. We had dirty rooms and flooding toilets and clogged sinks… I would not recommend this hotel.

We had trouble finding a place in a safe area that had decent reviews at a reasonable rate in all of Billings. By the end of a LONG search, we decided to spend a little more and visit rooms and not just believe all the horrible reviews. This one was clean and mostly comfortable. The heater was noisy and the sheets were staticky (not cotton). The check-in wasn’t smooth or friendly, but the lady in the AM was very friendly. We had a hard time finding a place to eat, too. We decided to bypass Billings altogether from here on.

My room was disgusting. Not to mention the customer service was absolutely terrible. I will never be staying there again.

The room was horrible!! There was chewing tobacco spit on the cieling, the floors were not clean, the bathroom was dirty, not big enough pillows for a king bed, bed not attached to headboard so the bed movedand tipped when you sat on it, the tv did not work, you could watch one channel, the breakfast selection was very sparce. I WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN AND TELL EVERYONE I KNOW HOW HORRIBLE IT IS.

We got to town pretty late and it was located where we needed to be.
Pros: they didnt charge me a pet fee, the water pressure was great. Sheets seemed pretty clean
Cons: pretty much everything else. When we got to the room, it took so many tries to get it open we werent sure it was. There werent any towels in the room and the front desk staff said they didnt have any??? The carpet had a red stain in it and we found blood stains in the mattress and box spring. Also dont reccomend looking at the room with a UV light...
10/10 feel that I was mega overcharged

We had to change rooms 4 times within the first 2 days of our 5 night stay. The morning staff was grumpy, unfriendly, and looked like they were constantly hung over. The toilet plumbing was disgusting and the reason for room changes. One room didn’t even have running water. The rooms were all missing items. The breakfast was always missing items like coffee cups two days in a row. I would never stay here again and I’m questioning the whole Baymont hotel chain as the quality that we saw was horrible.

Bath tub looked dirty wall next to bed had dirty marks, no towels available in the pool area. Room was freezing because the window was open. Had to have maintenance check toilet cuz it didnt flush

Room was not ready. Changed room, 1 coffee pod, tiny bar of soap, no hair dryer, no bathroom tissue, TV was smashed! Back door to the property taped open, windows would not close properly. Breakfast minimal

First room we were sent to wasn’t even cleaned. Looked like a tornado rolling through a Trailor court. Did move us to a different room. Next night key cards weren’t working. Waited in the lobby 20 minutes for an employee to show up. Worst hotel experience in Billings ever besides motel 6

It was a good last-minute booking, but the room was clearly not well kept. Much of the furniture and the doors were damaged/stained. There is also a railway right behind the hotel that was very noisy.

Side door didn’t shut or lock, took 15 for staff to show up in lobby, room was considered ready with no towels, Kleenex, or coffee supplies. Carpet was dirty, looked like food was spilled and not cleaned up.

The toilet runs the bathroom door has water damage on the bottom one side of one of the beds reak like cigarette smoke and the sitting chair needs to be replaced it seem like it was really dirty

This was the dirtiest, scariest room we have ever been in. Mold on the ceilings, sheets hadn't been changed. Questionable white substance on the bed skirts. Holes in the doors, main floor window left cracked and we couldn't close it all the way. Mold on the matress. When we discoved that the sheets hadnt been changed, we pulled both beds apart. We found black mold on one of the mattresses and what looked like an old blood stain on the other. Table was broken, fridge was dirty, and the whole place smelled like pot. We also found spit wads on the smoke detector. We didn't stay. Had to fight with the front desk clerk for a refund. Clerk offered to move us to a different room, but my wife is allergic to mold. He finally offered to refund our card. Got home 1 day later after another 8 hours on the road. Found out they have now charged us twice.

The price was very reasonable, however the beds were not the cleanest, 2 of the 3 bathroom lights were burnt out, tub ran a small stream continuously, paint was pealing and the moldings in bathroom had bad water damage. On the good side, the heater worked very good (we were there in January), it wasn’t crowded, and door dash and Dominoes both deliver…

The Baymont inn hotel in Billings, Montana is absolutely one of the worst, if not the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!
The first room we were put in has few issues: first of all, one of the lights wasnt turning , yes it's plugged in and we checked, we decided since that was the only light bmbot turning on, we'd just let it go. Next, we found bed bugs (we are talking about 20-30 of them, visibly on the bed!!). We went to talk to front desk, there was no apologies, just gave us a different room, which upon going into the bathroom, more dead bugs in there!! Who is cleaning these hotel rooms? Never ever will stay in any of the Baymont inn, ever again.

Wasn’t aware of animals staying there. Dogs barked all night long. I had to be at the airport for 5 AM. Absolutely no sleep.

We chose this hotel because the pictures indicated that it had the best complimentary breakfast. When we got to breakfast, however, they had not made enough so it was completely gone. There wasn’t even milk for the cereal left behind.
The hotel itself was a little shabby. The toilet seat was chipped in numerous places and the wallpaper was pealing. It seemed pretty clean despite that.

We checked in to stay for a dental appointment for my daughter. We were so tired upon arrival and just wanted a hot bath and some sleep. 1st room we got in the bathroom was disgusting, still stuff in it from previous guest, hair everywhere. Tub didn't work at all. No hot water.Only thing clean was the bed. So they changed our rooms. Second room had so much hair everywhere in the sheets floors chairs. Fridge didn't work. Bathtub didn't work..and again no hot water. The pool was hotter than the showers. For 100$ plus a night we shouldn't have had to change rooms and still not have a clean working room. Not very happy. And will not be returning to this hotel. Will not recommend it to anyone ever.
